Otsego’s waters still flow south (at you) into the Susquehanna. In 1779, they bore Clinton’s flotilla to join Sullivan at Iroquoia’s edge. With Indians removed, the Indian-free Lake became “Glimmerglass” under J.F. Cooper’s imagining them and ports Base- ball’s Hall of Fame.
